La Posada (Lodging House or Inn)
is situated in the village of Estacion de Jimena. It has recently been sympatheticaly renovated using traditional materials (an example of which can be seen at the top of this page; a traditional Andalucian floor tile used in the lounge). The result is 3 high quality holiday apartments.Apartment No 1 comprises of 2 double en-suite bedrooms, fully fitted kitchen, dining area, lounge and large private terrace.
Apartment No 2 comprises of 1 double en-suite bedroom, lounge/kitchen/dining area and large shared terrace.
Apartment No 3 comprises of 1 double bedroom, bathroom, lounge/kitchen/dining area and large shared terrace.
Each apartment has air conditioning/heating, Sky T.V. and Double Sofa Bed and communal swimming pool. We are hoping to have internet access available for the summer of 2006. Communal Swimming Pool has now been added.
Estacion de Jimena has a local supermarket and numerous small local shops, including a Butchers and an extremely popular local Bakers. There are many bars and restaurants where you can taste traditional Andalucian cuisine or Chinese cuisine if you prefer.
Jimena de la Frontera is 2 km from Estacion.
